High score entry screen: Add menu navigation sounds
High score entry screen: ENTER key now saves your initials
BUG FIXED: Player wheel animation keeps playing even when stopped against a wall.
BUG FIXED: When player has five or more lives their life count is displayed as a number. That life number display was one too high.
BUG FIXED: When player stops against a wall, acceleration is instant when going in another direction, and it shouldn't be.
